Information for Vendors

 

Booth Spaces

Booths space will include a skirted table and 1 chair. Electricity is available, but you must bring your own power cords. Request for electricity must be made at the time of registration submission. 

 

Vendor Booths are assigned on a first come basis.  Once payment is received, booth space will be reserved for you.

 

Vendor Registration

EARLY REGISTRATION RATE CLOSES ON SEPTEMBER 2, 2011. Final Registration Closes on September 14, 2011. Full payment must be received on or before close of registration to reserve your booth. Booth Registration fees are non-refundable.

 

Registration also covers one individual admittance to all Summit Sessions. This is typically one business owner or one company representative attending the vendor booth. Any additional people in your party will come at an additional General Admission cost.

 

Set-Up Instructions

Booth set-up can begin as early as 1:00 p.m.  Friday, September 16th, and there will not be any earlier set up time available.  Doors open at 7:00 am on Saturday, September 17th.  Please have your booth completely prepared no later than 7:45 pm.  All Vendors are responsible for their own set-up and break down of their booths, as well as, any equipment and or supplies.  Please do not leave your vehicle unattended or unlocked while unloading.  Neither Harvest Church, nor Joseph Business School will be responsible for any theft or loss of personal property.
